1. Definitions

• “Vendor” refers to service providers who use the platform to accept and manage appointments.
• “Customer” refers to end-users booking appointments with vendors.
• “We”, “Us”, or “Company” refers to Easy Booking (the SaaS provider).
• “You” refers to both Vendors and Customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By registering, you represent that you are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Creation

• Vendors must provide accurate business and contact details.
• Customers may book appointments without an account but must provide valid contact info.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Use of Services

For Vendors:

• You may use the platform to set up services, accept bookings, manage appointments, and send reminders.
• You are responsible for honoring scheduled appointments or managing cancellations.

For Customers:

• You agree to provide accurate information while booking and show up on time.
• No-shows or repeated cancellations may lead to booking restrictions.

5. Subscription & Payments

• Vendors may be required to subscribe to a paid plan to access premium features.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway.
• Subscription plans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Vendors may define their own cancellation/refund policies for their services.
• We do not offer refunds for subscription fees unless required by law.

7. Communication

• You agree to receive transactional communications (SMS, email, WhatsApp) for appointment updates and system alerts.
• We may send promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time.

8. User Conduct

• Misuse the platform or interfere with its functionality.
• Post false information or impersonate others.
• Engage in fraudulent activity or breach third-party rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and system features are the intellectual property of Easy Booking. You may not reuse or modify them without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Missed appointments, service delays, or any business losses
• Loss of data due to unauthorized access
• Issues arising from third-party integrations

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or pose a risk to the community.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Ahmedabad.
